Terms and Conditions of Reliance Roof Restoration Campbelltown Pty Ltd – restorations

1. Any additional work done at the request of the client not specifically listed within the quote will be charged at cost plus fifteen (15) percent.
2. Reliance Roof Restoration Campbelltown Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damage directly or indirectly relating to faults, deficiencies or deterioration in existing structures and any cost incurred to Reliance Roof Restoration Campbelltown Pty Ltd in repairing such defects enabling us to carry out the work will be charged at cost to the client plus fifteen (15) percent.
3. Reliance Roof Restoration Campbelltown Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damages as a result from skip bins including but not limited to; scratches and cracking in driveways, damaged lawns and garden beds.
4. Reliance Roof Restoration Campbelltown Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damages to the internal gyprock, timbers or contents as the client accepts the risk of us being on site, using heavy machinery, high pressure, etc. to carry out the agreed upon work.
5. Once the job is completed Reliance Roof Restoration Campbelltown Pty Ltd is not liable for any damage, leaks, scratches, etc. that may be caused by other trades Eg; solar installers, electricians, antenna installers.
6. It is understood that the site will be considered a building site and as such it is recommended that all persons either stay inside or off the site. Under no circumstance is any unauthorised persons to access ladders or scaffold, we will not be liable for any injuries that occur from this. We also require that all personal belongings that may be damaged be moved to a safe location by the client, this includes cars and other items that may be damaged.
7. Not paying in full for agreed works with Reliance Roof Restoration Campbelltown Pty Ltd will result in no warranty for our works.
8. If we are not paid in full within 5 business days, we reserve the right to recoup our materials and return the job to how it was before we started.

Terms and Conditions of Reliance Roof Restoration Campbelltown Pty Ltd – Colourbond roofing work

1. All materials will be BHP, Stracto or Lyasaght sourced and guaranteed.
2. Any addtional work done at the request of the client not specifically listed within the quote will be charged at cost plus ten (10) percent.
3. Reliance Roof Restoration Campbelltown Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damage directly or indirectly relating to faults, deficiencies or deterioration in existing structures and any cost incurred by Reliance Roof Restoration Campbelltown Pty Ltd in repairing such defects enabling us to carry out the work will be charged at cost to the client plus Ten (10) percent.
4. Reliance Roof Restoration Campbelltown Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damages as result from skip bins including but not limited to; scratches and cracking in driveways, damaged lawns and garden beds.

We will not be responsible for any damage or delay due to strikes, fires, accidents or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
7. Once job is completed Reliance Roof Restoration Campbelltown Pty Ltd is not liable for any scratches, dents or defects in materials that may be caused by other trades Eg; solar installers, electricians, antenna installers.

9. All materials will be installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications and to Standards Australia HB 39.
10. Reliance Roof Restoration Campbelltown Pty Ltd will be responsible for all waste disposal and site clearance.
11. Once Quote is accepted a deposit will be required to order materials, the deposit will typically be between 20-50%. Once the payment is made there can be no changes made to materials including but not limited to; colour and material profile. Final payment is due on completion.
12. This Quote (if accepted) shall form the whole of the agreement between the parties and no promises or representations not contained herein shall have any force or effect.
